A standard £1.50 delivery charge will be added automatically to your order for UK Delivery (2nd Class royal mail), this charge is irrelevant of the size of your order.  We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however there may be occasions when we are expecting stock of an item in which case the delivery time may be longer.  For orders shipping to Europe we charge a standard £6.00 per order, for other countries please contact us for delivery prices.

You may wish to opt for Next Working Day Guaranteed Delivery for an additional supplement  of £3.00 per order (UK only).  Your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day (orders placed Monday - Friday before 4pm).  If your order is received outside these times it will be sent the next working day for delivery the next working day after.  This charge is irrelevant of the size of your order.  You can use next day delivery by adding the supplement product to your basket or you can call us to take advantage of this service and place your order by phone with card details.  Please call 0845 094 3840.  Note that Bank Holidays may delay next working day services. 

If for any reason part of your order is out of stock we will send the in stock items on the postage option you have requested and will send the to follow items out to you as soon as they are back in stock.  If there is a particular item you are ordering and need it urgently then please do call us on 0845 094 3840 for up to date stock information.  Sometimes it may be that we can substitute an out of stock item for an equivalent or higher priced item, we will automatically do this unless you specify otherwise.  If you do not want substitutions then please make this clear in the customer comments.

In busier times our delivery may be longer than expected.  We will not be held responsible for loss of business or trade due to a non reciept of an item ordered from us.
